Projects

The 5 Cities Men’s Club appreciates your support. Since 1996, with the help of the community we have been able to return over $500,000 in direct contributions for the following local community projects and organizations.

Port San Luis Sport Fisherman Memorial
The memorial bronze statue was erected and placed adjacent to the entrance to Port San Luis in 1999. Over time, environmental conditions resulted in the need for extensive cleaning and maintenance. Kelvin Gould and other 5 Cities Men's Club members completed the job with approximately 30 hours of effort, over May and June 2025.
Landscape refurbishment of the memorial site was completed in January 2026. 5 Cities Men's Club member Enrique Guzman, owner of Contexto Landscape Design donate plants and labor with foreman Carlos and club members Dave Ekbom, Bill Tappan, Craig Hendricks, J Johnson, Allan Buck.

By far and away our largest project ever!! The “Paulding Wall” is 225ft of engineered block wall with the original stone on the surface. Definitely a community effort. It couldn’t have been for under $20k without so many people and companies coming together to make it happen.
